Mare Beyen, PCC, CPCC, CBC, PCMP
Mare is a business leader, with 30 years experience, an entrepreneur, and leadership and team coach. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and certified by Co-Active Training Institute, Gateway Team Coaching Institute; PROSCI Change Management; Conscious Business Coaching, Leadership Circle Profile, Collective Leadership Assessments, and Hogan Assessments.
As a Producing Partner of PBS Independent Lens Community Programs, Mare has led courageous conversations on tough topics featured in their award-winning documentaries. Mare coaches leaders, leads training, and facilitates meetings and retreats for the purpose of strategic planning, business development, and change communication. Utilizing her arts background, she has co-created a visual arts-based leadership mastery program offered at The Barnes Foundation. Mare has also produced a drama about the value of human capital, created for CFO’s, that premiered at the National Liberty Museum.
Mare is an artist and author, (The Art of Dreaming Small, Balboa Press) and has served on the Community Advisory Board at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Dominick is a 25-year business leader and highly experienced Professional Leadership and Executive Coach, as well as a Facilitator, Consultant and Trainer. He is a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and has served on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chapter of the ICF.
